Very comfortable room and bed and excellent air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Great location. Excellent coffee for breakfast where you could help yourself and not have to wait to be served (as in other places where we stayed). Good choice of edibles for breakfast.

The "suite" is really a large but very comfortable room. The hotel has a Bond Street London feel to it: small,cozy no hustle and bustle. Lots of wood and well decorated throughout without being frilly. The staff are pleasant and very helpful when asked and the location is fine if not charming but there is always a taxi easily obtainable. Galleria Pacifica is a very short walk away as is Florida which is finding it's footing again.

This hotel is extremely well located in the Retiro neighborhood. Additionally, their staff was extremely helpful. During the stay I had several issues not related to the hotel (Credit Card not working, stolen cell phone, inability to get an Uber). Each time the front desk was extremely helpful even while helping other guests.

Friendly helpful staff, anything we asked help with was sorted out. If the staff member did not speak English they found a member of staff with fluent English. Central location with easy access to amenities and taxis available at the door. I would recommend this hotel and would use it again.
